Location
Electricity did not work in first room. Heat did not work in second room. Service at restaurant was very poor. Had to get up from the table with menu in hand to place an order at dinner.

Good location on the way from Fez to Marrakech for a stopover. Shopping in this town was pleasant and good value.
Non-smoking rooms are not availible.

The hotel reception was fast and effective. the staff was friendly and efficient. the room was clean, equipped with a mini fridge and cable TV. the room size was standard and the view was fair. the bathroom had hot water and soap provided. the hotel's restaurant served a decent breakfast with plenty to eat and drink.
The wifi was only working in the lobby, in-room wifi connection wasn't established.
